Your Last Days of 2019

Romans 15:13 says “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

A few days ago, when we opened gifts for Christmas everything was brand new. Even if it wasn’t new to the giver, it was new to the receiver. Have you ever noticed: the newness doesn’t stop the receiver from using the gift, even if the package is super annoying to get off, the instructions are extremely laborious, and so on. We still use our gifts! (Or return them. Lol)

2019 is ending. 2020 is a brand new year and the start of a brand new decade. These are both a gift that we can’t return.

Take courage, be brave, be more of who you are as a Woman and Man of God! Step out, try new things, enjoy life as best as you can, even through the dark times.

I am praying that you are filled with joy and peace, that you’ll grow in your trust in the Lord, and that you will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit as you live your last days in 2019 and breathe your first in 2020.
